Get answers to frequently asked questions about Instagram Direct.
- Tap in the Meta Business Suite mobile app.
- Tap Settings.
- Next to Instagram, tap Connect.
- Tap Connect Account.
- Confirm whether you want to allow Instagram messages in Inbox. Tap the toggle to change your settings.
- Click Continue. You can change this at any time in Settings.
- Log into the Instagram account you want to connect.
- Tap OK.
- Tap .
- Select the conversation and go to the message you would like to unsend.
- Tap and hold the message.
- Tap unsend, then tap unsend to confirm.
On the home screen,
- Tap "Edit Profile"
- Select "Contact Options"
- Enter your WhatsApp Business Phone Number
- In Business Suite Inbox, click automated responses.
- Review the type of automated responses available, and click on the drop-down menu to expand your options.
- You can create your own automated responses by clicking "customised keywords" and naming your automated response.
- Select the automated response to send on Instagram
- Add up to five keywords or phrases
- Select the timing for when you want the automated message to send
- Customise your message with text, photos, videos, buttons and personalisation.
- Preview the message
- Click save
