1. Tap in the Meta Business Suite mobile app.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Next to Instagram, tap Connect.
4. Tap Connect Account.
5. Confirm whether you want to allow Instagram messages in Inbox. Tap the toggle to change your settings.
6. Click Continue. You can change this at any time in Settings.
7. Log into the Instagram account you want to connect.
8. Tap OK.

2. Select the conversation and go to the message you would like to unsend.
3. Tap and hold the message.
4. Tap unsend, then tap unsend to confirm.

On the home screen,

1. Tap “Edit Profile”
2. Select “Contact Options”
3. Enter your WhatsApp Business Phone Number

1. In Business Suite Inbox, click automated responses.
2. Review the type of automated responses available, and click on the dropdown menu to expand your options.
3. You can create your own automated responses by clicking "custom keywords" and naming your automated response.
4. Select the automated response to send on Instagram
5. Add up to 5 keywords or phrases
6. Select the timing for when you want the automated message to send
7. Customize your message with text, photos, videos, buttons, and personalization.
8. Preview the message
9. Click save
