THE GOAL
Stretching for more sales

InflowStyle wanted to build a new and loyal customer base and increase sales on its website. It also wanted to build brand awareness by reaching more people likely to be interested in its products.

THE SOLUTION
Inflow traffic

InflowStyle wanted more people visiting its website and purchasing its activewear products. It met regularly with a Facebook Marketing Expert to implement an ongoing campaign using link ads that led directly to a product or collection on its website.

On the advice of its Facebook Marketing Expert, InflowStyle built out Custom Audiences based on webpages people had visited, such as its website homepage, check-out page and collection pages. To reach even more people, it built lookalike audiences based on its Custom Audiences. The team found ads to women in the US aged 25–34 with interests in specific clothing brands performed best.

InflowStyle used lifestyle photos in light tones. Ad copy pointed to the products’ stylish flexibility and a Shop Now button led to the product collection on the brand’s website.

The retailer implemented a Facebook pixel on the website and optimized for conversions. It also gauges which audiences spend more by tracking how much was spent on the campaign versus the total sales.

With the help of its Facebook Marketing Expert, InflowStyle’s ongoing campaign, which began February 2016, achieved a 6X return on ad spend and 5X increase in sales.
